Sylvan Learning Center has immediate openings for part-time, certified teachers in elementary, middle, and high school math and reading. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree: State level teaching certification preferred, but not necessary for instruction. Confidence in teaching a variety of ages and learning levels. Positive, friendly, and professional attitude. How It Works Teach students in a 3:1 student-teacher ratio. Lesson plans prepared for you. Paid training to deliver Sylvan Learning’s proven personal approach. Schedule: Sylvan is open for instruction Monday – Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.
