Instant Teams is hiring two Financial Forms Processing Remote Team Members! In this position, you will be responsible for processing documents while comprehending and developing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions, while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements with the highest standards of quality and timeliness. This opportunity is 100% remote, and equipment is provided.Developing and implementing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (including data entry, categorization, researching data, scanning/reviewing, form processing)Processing rule-based documents and other documents that may require problem-solving and minimal manual updatesPerforming repeatable, as well as nonstandard, processing functions while upholding, with the intent to exceed, existing quality standardsInteracting with and relying on the team for questions and problem-solvingResearching errors and determining preventative measuresResearching complex participant benefit issues and providing resolution in accordance with due dates and document processesPerforming other duties as assignedMust-Haves: 2+ years processing information where accuracy and attention to detail are essentialAbility to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with stakeholdersIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications with proficiency in ExcelExperience using multiple software systems in a remote settingThe ability to work independently and collaborativelyThe ability to be highly organized and capable of performing the administrative tasks needed for the roleEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background checkAll remote team members will be required to initiate an additional background check with the completion of paperwork, fingerprinting and e-QIPTraining: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm EST3 - 4 weeks in lengthPost-Training Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm ESTPay:$20 per hourBenefits: Equipment ProvidedDue to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: OCONUS, California, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Seattle WA, and Washington DC In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. ________________________________________________________________________________NotesOther Duties This is not necessarily a complete list of responsibilities, skills, duties, or requirements associated with the job.
