Account/program review for quality assurance upon request.2. Analyze and resolve service related issues promptly.3. Manage a share support queue to provide clients with timely and accurate resolutions.4. Handle client escalations and provide corrective actions.5. Escalate complaints to relevant departments.6. Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions.7.
