Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sage Intacct Specialist. The Sage Intacct Specialist will focus on implementing and optimizing Sage Intacct software for clients, ensuring seamless system functionality and alignment with financial and operational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring system modules, importing and managing data, creating custom reports, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to clients. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in using and configuring Sage Intacct software, including managing customizations and financial modules.Strong skills in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.Experience in operational process improvement and system automation.Capability to provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities for resolving complex system issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as Sage Intacct, CPA, or CMA are a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating adaptability and time management.
