You will operate processing equipment, prepare and move ingredients, monitor product quality, complete required documentation, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.\n\nExperience in food or beverage manufacturing is a significant advantage. We also value mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.\n\nAvailable Shifts\n\n2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with an additional $0.45 per hour shift differential\n\n3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with an additional $0.50 per hour shift differential\n\nOvertime may be available based on production needs\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nOperate processing equipment safely and effectively\n\nPrepare, move, organize, and stage ingredients and materials\n\nMonitor processing operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met\n\nComplete production, safety, and quality documentation accurately\n\nInspect processing equipment and line setups to confirm proper operation\n\nIdentify equipment concerns and request maintenance support when needed\n\nConfirm adequate supplies and ingredients are available to meet production schedules\n\nClean and sanitize processing equipment and work areas\n\nMaintain strong housekeeping and sanitation standards\n\nFollow all plant safety, food safety, and personal protective equipment requirements\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nA high school diploma, GED, or equivalent\n\nThe ability and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a 24/7 manufacturing operation\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude\n\nThe ability to follow processing instructions and complete required documentation\n\nA commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement\n\nFood or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred\n\nPrevious industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus\n\nTechnical training or a related certificate is also a plus\n\nPhysical and Work Environment Requirements\n\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation\n\nAbility to climb stairs and work at elevated levels, with or without reasonable accommodation\n\nAbility to work in hot and cold environments and in both indoor and outdoor areas\n\nAbility to work around cleaning and sanitation solutions\n\nAbility to wear all required personal protective equipment\n\nWelch's is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
