All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures\nEnsure consistent execution of shipping, receiving, unloading trucks and checking in materials\nSafely operate, transfer and deliver freight utilizing a forklift, pallet jack, two-wheeler, company vehicle, trailer, box truck and/or other equipment\nOperate material handling equipment to load and unload materials in a safe manner\nAssist in managing company owned and leased equipment to include but not limited to; forklifts, telehandlers, pickups, trailers, UTVs, man-lifts, and scissor lifts\nRead and accurately follow material request orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped\nPerform duties that may include packing, scanning, cycle-counting or inventorying materials\nProactively maintain jobsite organization, basic housekeeping and 5S strategies\nOrganize materials, tools, equipment, collect debris, and ensure hazardous conditions are abated, mitigated or promptly addressed\nUnderstand a task and seek to apply continuous improvement tactics\nComply with customer security requirements and guide others in security compliance\nEnsure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic; wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) and adhere to all safety procedures and programs\nMaintain accurate counting of physical inventory\nProvide excellent customer service as liaison between E2 and customers\nLead warehouse team and manage warehouse tasks to completion\nAssist with data collection, reporting and document management\nThe individual in this role should be able and willing to travel if required by E2\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n1 year of experience in a warehouse environment\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs\nAdditional Requirements: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record over the past 2 year\nAbility to listen carefully and follow instructions\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents; basic math skills\nDemonstrated ability to be proactive and useful at the jobsite\nPositive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives\nHigh attention to detail\nAbility to meet deadlines\nWillingness to work days, nights and weekends as project requires\nSelf-motivated and excellent work ethic\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; use whole numbers, common fractions and decimals\nDemonstrated team leadership abilities\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to communicate directly with clients in a professional manner\nGeneral knowledge of collecting and reporting data\nAbility to organize and manage documents pertaining to Inventory and Logistics\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive pay\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\nBICSI training facilities\nA supportive and inclusive work environment\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\nThe standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces.
