Rather than stepping into an established program with pre-set processes and expectations, you'll work directly alongside other BCBAs within clinical and organizational leadership to develop a high-quality ABA program that reflects clinical excellence, innovation, and family-centered care that highlights client autonomy and assent.\n\nWe are looking for a BCBA who is excited to be a partner in growth, contribute ideas, develop community relationships, and help establish a meaningful presence in the communities we serve.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nClinical Responsibilities\n\nConduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), utilizing direct and indirect assessment methods.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.\nProvide clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).\nDeliver caregiver training.\nReview behavioral data and adjust interventions to maximize client progress.\nConduct treatment plan reviews, reassessments, and progress evaluations.\nCoordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other community stakeholders.\nMaintain documentation in accordance with company policies, payer requirements, and professional standards.\nEnsure compliance with BACB ethical and supervisory requirements.\n\nMeet established clinical productivity expectations.\n\nProgram Development & Startup Responsibilities\n\nDuring the credentialing and startup phase, and as needed thereafter, the BCBA will:\n\nAssist in establishing and growing ABA services within the assigned Georgia market.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, schools, therapists, community agencies, and advocacy organizations.\nRepresent Clarvida at community events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.\nEducate referral partners, families, and community stakeholders regarding available autism and ABA services.\nAssist with intake coordination activities and support prospective families through the admissions process.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for BTs, RBTs, and future BCBAs.\nAssist in identifying service gaps and opportunities for program growth within the community.\nCollaborate with operations and leadership teams to establish local workflows and processes.\nSupport scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure service readiness.\nMaintain referral tracking and community outreach activities.\nAssist with authorization tracking, service initiation processes, and program readiness activities as needed.\n\nServe as a local ambassador for Clarvida's Autism Services program.\n\nRequired Clinical Qualifications\n• Master’s degree in a BACB-approved field\n• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification\n• Active Behavior Analyst license (or application submission of license)\n• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course or willingness to obtain\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nFull-time Employees:\n• Paid vacation days (increase with tenure)\n• Separate sick leave that rolls over annually\n• Up to 10 paid holidays\n• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options\n• Training, development, and continuing education opportunities\n\nAll Employees:\n• 401(k)\n• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\n• Pet insurance\n• Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment\n• Mileage reimbursement\n• Company cellphone\n\n(*Benefits may vary by state or county)","company":"Clarvida","rawCompany":"clarvida","city":"Augusta","state":"GA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-09-19T08:52:15.902Z","occupations":[{"code":"25-2059.00","title":"Special Education Teachers, All Other","slug":"special-education-teachers-all-other"},{"code":"21-1011.00","title":"Substance Abuse and Behavioral Disorder Counselors","slug":"substance-abuse-and-behavioral-disorder-counselors"},{"code":"29-1129.00","title":"Therapists, All Other","slug":"therapists-all-other"}],"industries":[{"code":"621420","title":"Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers","slug":"outpatient-mental-health-and-substance-abuse-centers"},{"code":"621330","title":"Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians)","slug":"offices-of-mental-health-practitioners-except-physicians"},{"code":"624190","title":"Other Individual and Family Services","slug":"other-individual-and-family-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
