Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, WA, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to identify their needs, providing product demonstrations, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves delivering training to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to support ongoing business development initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and address their needsExperience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to provide Training to clients and colleagues to ensure product understanding and successful implementationExceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant experience
