You will work in a manufacturing or production environment, collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality. These positions include company benefits and have massive room for growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and set up packaging machines before the production process. This includes adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, and ensuring the correct packaging materials are in place.\nOperate packaging machinery, monitor the production process, and make real-time adjustments as needed to maintain the speed, quality, and efficiency of the packaging process.\nInspect packaged products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Take corrective actions to address any issues that may arise during the packaging process.\nLoad packaging materials (such as containers, labels, or films) onto the machines and replenish supplies as needed. Monitor and manage material levels to prevent production interruptions.\nPerform routine maintenance on packaging machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary to ensure proper machine functionality.\nIdentify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
