Operator/Foreman

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operator/Supervisor to lead construction projects and oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software and tools. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project quality and timelines. The Operator/Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects meet all specifications and standards. Responsibilities Supervise construction crews and manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and contract adherence Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols among team members Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions Lead problem-solving efforts during construction activities to address unforeseen challenges Experience Proven management experience in infrastructure construction or heavy civil projects, with supervising responsibilities preferred Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling techniques Hands-on experience with pipeline projects or similar infrastructure work is a plus OSHA qualifications or equivalent safety training is preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.66 - $31.31 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
