The Program Director holds top-level accountability for ensuring overall programming will be delivered successfully to our students and families. This role oversees and manages the three key pillars of the successful operation of a site location: (1) effective programming and service delivery; (2) administrative and physical functions of the site; and (3) admissions function in order to ensure quantity and quality in enrollment. Program Directors work closely with the National Office to inform the strategic planning process and in turn, are responsible for delivering on the company's strategic plans and initiatives at the site level. Program Directors bring a strategic mindset and long-term outlook as well as the ability to lead and develop their team. This position manages and maintains high-level relationships with key contacts including families, educational consultants and institutions, and practitioners in the field. The Program Director is an onsite full-time exempt position located in Brevard, FL who reports to the President.\n\nThis position operates in a highly scheduled environment but may require longer hours and occasional weekend work. Travel both in and out of state may be required as job duties demand.
