Entry Level - Part Time & Full Time Laborer

Job Description The Part Time & Full Time Setup Crew plays a vital role in preparing venues for a variety of events, including weddings and other gatherings. This position primarily involves physically installing tents and setting up inflatable bounce houses with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Crew members work in small teams and occasionally will have the opportunity to earn overtime during busy periods. DutiesAssist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility.Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.Support team members in various projects as needed.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Clean, Prepare, Deliver, Install, and Pickup rental equipmentWill frequently install tents, inflatables, staging, and deliver tables and chairs.QualificationsPrevious experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Join us in making a difference through hard work and dedication in this essential role!Company DescriptionJS Event Rental is a family owned and operated business that has curated thousands of unique memorable events Since 1969.
