Job Description NOW HIRING: Production Worker – Forklift Experience PreferredLocation: Valencia, PAPay: $21 / hour + Great BenefitsCommercial Employees is hiring several Production Worker positions to join a busy paint and steel processing facility in Valencia. This company works with steel coils used in construction, transportation, and metal products.Production Worker Job DutiesLoad and prepare materials (metal coils) for painting and processingUse machines to connect metal coils (stitching process)Check metal for dents, scratches, or other defectsHelp package finished coils for shipping (may include using shrink wrap, cardboard, etc.)Help stack and move products safely (some forklift driving or helping the forklift operator)Keep the work area safe and organizedProduction Worker Schedule:Training: First 3 weeks – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMAfter training: Either Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Production Worker Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDForklift experience preferredAble to pass background check and drug testComfortable working on your feet in a factory environmentCommercial Employees is a veteran - led staffing firm with 7 Pittsburgh offices and 2 in Charleston.
