Title Processor / Closing CoordinatorLocation: Herndon, VACompensation: $90,000 Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to support title and closing operations within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and a team-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who can effectively prioritize tasks, communicate professionally with clients and lenders, and maintain accuracy throughout the closing process.Essential ResponsibilitiesTitle & Closing CoordinationSend complete title packages to lenders in a timely mannerPerform title curative work and resolve title-related issuesObtain payoffs, HOA information, and required closing documentationPrepare title and settlement documents for closing transactionsPrepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lendersBalance files prior to closing to ensure accuracy and completenessClient & Administrative SupportRespond professionally and effectively to inquiries regarding the closing processMonitor and manage a general email inboxPerform filing, scanning, and additional administrative duties as neededMaintain organized and accurate transaction records and documentationQualificationsHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferred2+ years of experience within title, escrow, or real estate environmentsWorking knowledge of Closing Disclosure documents preferredExperience managing high-volume workloads within fast-paced environments and tight deadlinesStrong knowledge of Qualia requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive interpersonal and customer service skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and transition between multiple files efficientlyCore CompetenciesTitle & Settlement ProcessingReal Estate Transaction CoordinationFile Management & OrganizationCustomer Service & CommunicationAttention to DetailTime Management & PrioritizationAdministrative SupportProblem Solving & Curative ResolutionTeam Collaboration MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
