At Patterns, you will find a professional, ethical, caring, and fun work environment where you can make a difference in a child's life and reach your career goals.\nResponsibilities\nTo provide one-to-one developmentally based intensive intervention, education and coaching in the home or community settings to caregivers and their children with provisional diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays, to assist them in developing the skills necessary to be integrated into school and other community settings.\nImplement family-centered, relationship-driven, play-based programs individually designed for participant children and their families\nDirectly deliver individual and group learning experiences to assist each participant in obtaining his or her IFSP goal(s) for which the program is responsible\nMaintain accurate client/administrative records\nClear communication with all team members and parents/clients\nDrive between sites\nAttendance at staff meetings, supervisions, and trainings\nCompliance to all related company policies and procedures\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nWe build a nationwide community of compassionate individuals for one purpose; to serve others selflessly.
