{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"0eb4e0ffc8e2b4cad56125ef","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0eb4e0ffc8e2b4cad56125ef","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0eb4e0ffc8e2b4cad56125ef","title":"Financial Controller","description":"Skilled Performance Group is seeking a Controller.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nManage all accounting operations, including accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting systems, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.\nPrepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports for company executives.\nCoordinate with external accounting firms to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of company filings, as well as the proper remittance of state and federal tax payments.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures covering all transaction cycles.\nDesign and uphold a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial reporting.\nPartner with department leaders to provide accounting support for quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation.\nOversee all accounting transaction cycles, including treasury functions for cash management and bank accounts.\nSupervise, mentor, and lead accounting staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of critical accounting functions.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nSkills & Knowledge\nSoftware: Proficiency with QuickBooks required;
