Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Credit Officer, based in Branch, LA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Credit Officer will oversee credit management processes, evaluate credit requests, analyze financial data, and ensure adherence to credit policies. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and providing expert advice to mitigate risks and maximize profitability. Qualifications Proficiency in Credit Management and strong understanding of credit policiesAnalytical Skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate financial dataSolid knowledge of Finance and lending practicesExcellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaborationExperience in Credit evaluation and loan structuringAbility to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plusPrior experience in banking, financial services, or a related field is an advantage
