Title: EMSO Analyst TS/SCIStatus: Full-TimeLocation: Omaha, NebraskaSalary: Salary to be discussed by Bryant Staffing Solutions RecruiterPosition OverviewA growing government services organization is seeking an experienced EMSO Analyst / Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Subject Matter Expert to support a high-level defense command focused on strengthening electromagnetic spectrum readiness across joint military operations. This role will provide strategic expertise in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), helping shape operational planning, policy development, and readiness initiatives.This position requires collaboration with senior military leadership, participation in Department of Defense planning efforts, and support for mission-critical operational exercises.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing future-state EW and EMSO operational concepts, strategies, and mission plansContribute to policy recommendations that enhance electromagnetic spectrum readiness across joint forcesRepresent leadership in Department of Defense forums, working groups, and strategic planning sessionsSupport planning, execution, and evaluation of EMSO components in military exercisesParticipate in modeling and simulation activities related to electromagnetic operationsProvide recommendations to improve EMSO capabilities across combatant command and service-level operationsPrepare reports, technical documentation, and executive briefings in alignment with contractual deliverablesRequired QualificationsActive Top Secret/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM-related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting joint force operations at the Combatant Command or Component levelMinimum of 3 years of experience in military exercise planning, design, or modeling and simulationPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting Combatant Command JEMSO organizationsKnowledge of Department of Defense EMSO policy and joint doctrineExperience representing EMSO initiatives in DOD strategy and policy forumsKey Skills RequiredElectromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO)Electronic Warfare (EW)Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)Military Exercise PlanningModeling & SimulationStrategic PlanningTechnical Reporting & Briefing DevelopmentWhy This Location?Omaha offers a strong quality of life with a lower cost of living compared to many major metropolitan areas.
