This role handles full-cycle HR and day-to-day office needs, including recruiting, new hire orientations, I-9 verification, employee relations, investigations, and maintaining HR records. It also manages office supplies, uniforms, inventory, invoicing/billing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable being the primary HR resource in a small office setting.Compensation and BenefitsWe believe in investing in our people. When you join Securitas, you’ll receive:Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $53,000 annuallyComprehensive Benefits Package, including:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance10 accrued vacation days, 4 personal holidays, 6 sick days401(k) with company matchCareer Growth: Continuous training and leadership developmentDynamic Work Environment: Be part of a mobile, highly engaged, results-driven teamKey Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee changes.Schedule, organize, and facilitate licensing classes and Securitas new-hire orientations.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats.Provide general HR office support, including uniform distribution, front desk coverage, and training coordination.Track, update, and renew employee licenses to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.Prepare and process onboarding paperwork, employment changes, and other HR-related correspondence.Maintain up-to-date HR databases and filing systems in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements.Monitor, order, and manage office supplies and inventory to support daily operations.Provide administrative support to District Managers and other leaders.Assist with special projects, HR reporting, and internal employee communications assigned.QualificationsSolid understanding of HR practices, procedures, and current labor/employment laws.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.2+ years of HR or administrative experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and SmartSheet.Experience in a small office environment is highly preferred.If you are a dedicated, people-oriented professional who is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
