At Hand in Hand, you'll join a collaborative team that values:Clinical excellence through ongoing supervision and consultationCultural humility and sensitivity in all client interactionsProfessional growth and developmentWork-life balance with flexible schedulingWhat You'll DoProvide individual and group therapy (in-person and telehealth) to diverse populations including adults, adolescents, children, and familiesWork with clients presenting with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health conditionsCollaborate with a supportive clinical team in regular supervision and consultationMaintain clinical documentation within 24 hours per practice standardsBuild your caseload with support from our administrative teamWho You AreRequired:Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychologyActive PA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD/PsyD) OR LAPC/LSW actively pursuing full licensureExperience providing trauma-informed careComfortable working with diverse populations across the lifespan (adults AND children)Credentialed or willing to credential with insurance panelsStrong clinical documentation skillsPreferred:Training/certification in trauma modalities: EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, SE, DBT, CPT, TF-CBTExperience facilitating therapeutic groups3+ years direct clinical experienceSpecialization with specific populations (LGBTQIA+, couples, families, complex trauma)Compensation & Benefits$40-45/hour for pre-licensed clinicians (LAPC/LSW)$45-52/hour for fully licensed clinicians based on experience and specializationsSimple IRA with employer matchClinical supervision provided (individual and group)Flexible scheduling - choose your in-office daySupportive, collaborative team environmentAdministrative support for scheduling and billingSchedulePart-time: Minimum 15 clinical hours per weekFlexible in-office day (Monday-Sunday available)One evening required (until 7pm minimum)Hybrid: In-person and telehealth optionsLocation10 Duff Road, Suite 201, Penn Hills, PA 15235 Hybrid remote - one day in-office requiredTo ApplySubmit your resume to info@hihcounseling.com and answer the following screening questions:What is your current licensure status in PA?
