Landscape Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee and direct all aspects of landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. In this key role, you will manage crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture are consistently achieved. Your leadership will promote efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple locations while fostering a team-oriented environment focused on innovation and excellence in landscape management. Duties Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews, ensuring tasks such as lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Oversee landscaping projects from initial planning through completion, including construction work related to outdoor spaces Manage scheduling, resource distribution, and daily workflow to optimize productivity across multiple locations Perform routine site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and environmental regulations are properly followed Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver customized landscape solutions Train and mentor team members in horticultural techniques, equipment use, safety practices, and customer service Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project timelines, inventory, and any safety-related incidents Skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, pruning, fertilization, pest management, and irrigation systems Proven experience leading and supervising landscaping crews in various outdoor settings Solid understanding of horticulture and plant health management Experience with construction activities related to outdoor development, including planting and hardscape installation Ability to safely and effectively oversee tree care operations Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and interact with clients Familiarity with gardening techniques and general landscape design principles Knowledge of maintenance scheduling, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Join us in enhancing outdoor spaces through innovative landscape solutions.
