American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Oncology unit position at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring active chemotherapy certification and Epic EMR experience.Job Details• Oncology unit within a 426-bed short-term acute care hospital that is part of the Yale New Haven Health System,• Level II Trauma Center,• Schedule options of 3x12 or 4x12-hour day shifts (0700-1930), candidate's choice,• Every other weekend required, with holiday coverage as needed,• Floating to other Med/Surg units required as needed,• Epic EMR experience required,• Free parking available on-site,Job Requirements• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required,• Current BLS, NIHSS, and Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required,• Epic EMR experience required,• Oncology nursing experience required,• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates; local candidates are not accepted for this position,• No prior disciplinary history on nursing license,• Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 2 years to be considered,• 1 professional reference required for consideration,Additional Information• Royal blue scrubs required,• Flu vaccine is mandatory; declinations are not accepted,• COVID vaccine with booster required; religious or medical exemptions are considered,• Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved by the facility,• Travelers are expected to participate in emergency response activities, including natural disasters, as needed
