This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of hands-on accounting and strategic involvement within a growing, operationally driven business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full accounting function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controlsLead, mentor, and develop the accounting teamManage month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger integrityOversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital managementServe as the primary point of contact for banking relationships, lenders, and financial partnersPartner with ownership on debt financing, negotiations, and capital planningCoordinate with external CPA firm on tax matters and annual auditsMaintain and strengthen internal controls and financial disciplineProvide financial insights and operational analysis to support business decisionsWhat We're Looking For in a Controller:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience leading full-cycle accounting in a hands-on environmentStrong background in cash management and banking relationshipsComfortable interfacing with ownership, lenders, attorneys, and insurance providersExperience working with external CPA firms on tax and audit processesIndustry experience in manufacturing, fabrication, heavy equipment, or dealership environments is a strong plus.Ideal Candidate Profile:A hands-on leader who can both execute and think strategicallyThrives in a fast-moving, owner-operated environmentValues stability, loyalty, and long-term impactStrong communicator who can translate financials into actionable business insightsEnjoys being a true partner to the business, not just a back-office function #LI-EL1#INAPR2026
