For more information, visit www.winitamerica.com.Job DescriptionThe HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, employee data management, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. This role works closely with site operations, payroll systems, and corporate HR to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes for warehouse employees.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Employee Data ManagementMaintain accurate employee records on HR system and payroll systems (e.g., cost center, position, pay rate, tax and banking information).Support payroll processing by ensuring all employee changes are updated timely and accurately.Properly distribute paychecks to employees every paydate (biweekly).Assist with payroll audits, corrections, and amendments when needed.On boarding & Off boardingInform temp agencies on new hiring orders based on warehouse operational needs and ensure a 100% on-time rate for filling all the open orders.Coordinate new hire onboarding, including system setup, document collection, and orientation (Including pre-entry tests, preview test, introduction of company policies, safety training, etc).Ensure E-verify, I-9, tax forms, direct deposit, and other required documents are completed and filed properly before onboarding.Support employee offboarding processes following the provided guidelines, including termination forms, system updates and final payroll coordination.Benefits AdministrationAssist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and general benefit-related inquiries.Coordinate with benefit vendors and internal teams to resolve employee issues.Support open enrollment and benefit compliance documentation.HR Compliance & ReportingEnsure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor regulations.Maintain organized and audit-ready employee files.Collect all employee reminders/warnings and file them in a timely manner.Employee Support & HR OperationsServe as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.Establish a consistent, compliant and traceable employee relations handling process to reduceemployee disputes and compliance risks.Support HR projects and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support day-to-day people operations.Qualifications1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment preferred.Familiarity with payroll processes, HRIS systems, and employee documentation preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Chinese and English billingual is preferredPay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceWork LocationIn person
