Ensures GFE/GFP is sub-hand receipted to SHRH (user level).\r\nMonitors basic Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) functions to include acquisition, receiving, property records, storage and movement, physical inventories, disposition, and analysis of reports.\r\nGuides all personnel on application of this Plan and directs efforts of hand receipt holders and inventory personnel in execution of property management efforts.\r\nProvides Property Management oversight and holds accountability of GFE and GFP IAW FAR and contract requirements.\r\nEstablishes procedures to properly protect, preserve, manage, and account for GFE/GFP in Teams possession.\r\nMaintains the required property records IAW internal procedures and contract requirements.\r\nConducts Liaison activities with the Government Property Book Officer (PBO) to ensure the procedures and controls prescribed herein are adequate and properly implemented.\r\nMoves item(s) to the gaining Hand Receipt Holder's account. Both Hand Receipt Holders are notified of action and furnished copies of documentation.\r\nUtilizes Government systems for the accountability of GFE/GFP.\r\nProvides overall management coordination and serves as the central point of contact (POC) with the Government for all work under the contract\r\nProblem solving, decision making, data interpretation, and organization\r\nPractices physical security and commitment to safety practices\r\nUnderstand and meet established productivity and quality control goals associated with assigned functional area / process.\r\nFollow established guidelines in performing day-to-day routine tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Manuals, and Audit Readiness standards, etc.\r\nUnderstand the Acceptable Performance Levels (APL's) associated with assigned functional work areas / process and work expeditiously to meet contractual and team goals.\r\nAdhere to government, contract, and company policies and procedures.\r\nAbility to use e-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.\r\nMaintain a safe and secure work environment.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned in association with established Management and Contract Compliance Plan, and workload requirements, etc.\r\nSupports Company safety, environmental, and security programs, and other Company certifications and initiatives responsible for core and support processes within the Quality Management Systems.\r\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\r\nMust be available during between the hours of 0600-1800 M-F\r\nMay be required to be available up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week during key events and increased OPTEMPO\r\nSubject to mandatory drug testing as required\r\nMay be required to handle equipment/supplies weighing up to 50 pounds individually and occasionally items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance\r\nAble to exert moderate physical effort in the loading, unloading, and arranging of equipment/supplies as applicable to position.\r\nAbility to work inside and/or outside in dirty and dusty environments, and occasionally be exposed to hot, cold, damp, and drafty weather conditions while handling equipment/supplies.\r\nAble to perform work on hard or uneven surfaces.\r\nQualifications\r\nSkills and Experience\r\nA minimum of five (5) years' experience working Logistical Management in the areas of property accountability and supply, and maintenance management, equipment operation, exercise programs, budget, and transportation\r\nExperience in managing 20-40 personnel within and outside of primary workspace\r\nExperience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.\r\nSkilled in planning, controlling, executing, multi-tasking and being responsible for the successful completion of work requirements\r\nAbility to effectively read and write in English, comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effective\r\nCertificate, License, Registration, Etc.\r\nValid driver's U.S. State-issued Class D driver's license\r\nUS Citizen\r\nPossess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance applicable to the position and/or military Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days if required\r\nCompletion of contractual and company mandated trainings applicable to position\r\nEducation\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree or higher preferred\r\nPrior Military\r\nThis job description is meant to be a guide.
