The ideal candidate can take ownership of daily operations, solve problems independently and keep the owner informed without requiring constant direction.\nRegular travel throughout Central Florida is required, particularly around Sumterville, Thonotosassa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Largo and Dunedin. Occasional overnight travel within Florida may be necessary.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily electrical service, construction and field operations.\nLead, schedule and support electricians, helpers and service personnel.\nVisit job sites to monitor safety, quality, productivity, budgets and schedules.\nCoordinate labor, materials, equipment, vehicles and inspections.\nResolve scheduling, staffing, customer and field issues before they affect project performance.\nMonitor employee attendance, productivity, work quality and professional conduct.\nAssist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and employee retention.\nTrack labor hours, material usage, purchase orders, change orders and job costs.\nIdentify over-budget or delayed projects and implement corrective action.\nReview customer and vendor invoices for accuracy and complete documentation.\nCoordinate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors and office personnel.\nEnsure service tickets, time records, job reports and completion documents are accurate and timely.\nAssist with estimates, site visits, scope reviews and change orders when qualified.\nOversee and support emergency and on-call operations as needed.\nDevelop and enforce procedures that improve field and office coordination.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least five years of experience in electrical construction, electrical service, commercial construction or a related skilled-trades environment.
