The role includes witnessing tests at customer and partner sites both domestically and abroad and leverages our in‑house EMI/EMC capability.\n\nPlan, write, and execute electrical qualification and acceptance test procedures for PSUs, power electronics, and integrated LRUs.\n\nDevelop test plans and reports to DO-160G and MIL-STD-810H, including EMI/EMC, power input, voltage spike, and electrical performance testing to support qualification as well as unit acceptance testing.\n\nDesign and build electrical test setups, instrumentation, harnessing, and data acquisition configurations.\n\nExecute and analyze EMI/EMC testing, including emissions and susceptibility, leveraging the in‑house EMI/EMC tent.\n\nManage testing at outsourced labs and witness tests at customer and partner facilities, domestically and internationally.\n\nCoordinate test schedules, witness points, and acceptance criteria with customers and labs.\n\nAnalyze test data, identify electrical failure modes, and drive root‑cause/corrective action with design and firmware engineering.\n\nWhat you need:\n\nB.S. in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.\n\n2+ years of qualification or environmental test experience on aerospace, defense, or comparable hardware.\n\nHands‑on experience executing DO-160 and/or MIL-STD-810 electrical and EMI/EMC test campaigns.\n\nProficiency with electrical test instrumentation, oscilloscopes, spectrum/EMI receivers, DAQ systems, and data analysis.\n\nStrong technical writing for test plans and reports.\n\nU.S. Person status required per ITAR.\n\nAbility to travel internationally (valid passport required).\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with power electronics, motor drives, power supplies, or motor control hardware.\n\nDeep EMI/EMC test familiarity, including chamber/tent operation.\n\nFamiliarity with CANbus and digital communication interfaces.\n\nExposure to Part 23 & 25 certification environments.\n\nExperience working with third‑party test labs and witnessing customer acceptance testing.\n\nWhat we have to offer:\nWe are not just building components.
