You will also serve as a key liaison with our banking partners.Work Location: United StatesKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity, execute and track payments (wires, ACH, checks), and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.Develop short-term cash forecasts to guide strategic decisions and assist in preparing monthly management reporting packs.Manage credit facility setups and nurture strong relationships with banking partners.Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including fixed assets management and month-end/year-end closing processes.Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and treasury policies while troubleshooting payment inquiries with banks and internal teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.2–3 years of hands-on experience in treasury, cash operations, finance, or accounting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
