Construction Estimator / Preconstruction CoordinatorLocation: Jupiter, FLLuxury Builders Group is a growing South Florida construction company specializing in high-end residential renovations, custom homes, additions, and commercial construction projects.We are looking for an organized and motivated Construction Estimator / Preconstruction Coordinator to work directly with ownership and play a key role in our continued growth.This position is ideal for someone who understands construction, enjoys problem solving, and wants to grow into a Project Management or Operations leadership role.ResponsibilitiesEstimating & PreconstructionReview plans, specifications, and project documentsPerform quantity takeoffsPrepare budgets and detailed estimatesSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingDevelop scopes of work and bid packagesAssist with proposal preparation and client presentationsMaintain estimating databases and historical cost informationProject SupportAssist with project scheduling and coordinationTrack project costs and budgetsSupport permitting and inspection processesPrepare and track change ordersCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teamsBusiness Development SupportResearch public and private bid opportunitiesAssist with bid submissionsBuild and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationshipsQualificationsRequired2+ years of estimating, project coordination, assistant PM, or related construction experienceAbility to read construction plans and specificationsStrong Excel and computer skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesValid driver's licensePreferredResidential remodeling, additions, or custom home experienceCommercial construction experienceKnowledge of Florida permitting and construction practicesExperience with Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Procore, PlanSwift, or similar softwareCompensation$55,000 – $85,000 based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesPaid holidaysMileage and cell phone reimbursementLong-term advancement opportunitiesThis is not just an estimating position.
