Digital Marketing Ads Specialist

About the RoleKFG Hospitality Group is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to lead our paid media efforts across multiple hospitality concepts.This role is built for someone with a strong foundation in full-funnel paid media strategy, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for managing campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition, revenue, and brand growth across dine-in, takeout, and third-party platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)Build and structure campaigns with proper audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and funnel alignmentDevelop geo-targeted strategies to drive local customer acquisitionPerformance OptimizationContinuously optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROASConduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targetingImplement bid strategy adjustments, including Max Conversions and tCPATracking & AnalyticsSet up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag ManagerAnalyze user behavior, funnel performance, and attribution dataUtilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to inform decisionsGrowth & AcquisitionIdentify new opportunities for customer acquisition across paid and organic channelsOptimize third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and Grubhub for visibility and conversionSupport revenue-focused marketing initiatives across all conceptsCreative Direction & CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to develop high-performing ad creativesProvide data-backed insights on what content drives conversionsQualifications2–3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketingStrong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsFamiliarity with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setupUnderstanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution, and audience segmentationExperience with keyword strategy, A/B testing, and campaign optimizationStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailExperience in B2C or hospitality marketing is a plusPreferred Experience with tools such as Semrush, HubSpot, or similar platformsBasic understanding of CRO and landing page optimizationFamiliarity with POS or restaurant tech platforms (Toast or similar)Compensation & Benefits$23–$28/hour (based on experience)Performance-based incentivesFood stipend at Jade Eatery & LoungeGrowth opportunities within KFG Hospitality GroupScheduleFull-time/ Part Time (24-40+ hours per week)On-site roleWork LocationForest Hills, NYTo ApplyPlease submit your resume along with examples of campaigns you’ve managed, results achieved, or a portfolio.
