This ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing customer programs from inception through delivery in a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.\nA Day in the Life of:\nServe as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (engineering, production, quality, purchasing).\nMonitor all aspects of customer programs: pricing, scheduling, production planning, delivery, and follow-up.\nDevelop and maintain project timelines to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.\nCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with customer specifications.\nAnticipate and resolve potential issues with procurement, scheduling, quality, or customer expectations.\nLead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to provide updates, facilitate planning, and resolve problems.\nDrive continuous improvement efforts in program execution and customer service.\nSupport contract review, risk analysis, and documentation processes for new and ongoing projects.\nRequirements:\n\nWhat Makes You Qualified:\nBachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, specifically within the composite manufacturing industry.\nMust Haves:\nProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office\nStrong understanding of composite materials, structural design principles and manufacturing methods.\nCritical thinking - ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
