This is a hybrid role in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain and test software systems (websites, applications and API) with moderate support and guidance.\nParticipate in software design and requirement gathering process.\nWrite original program code based on defined specifications.\nModify program code to correct errors or enhance an existing program's capacity.\nDevelop empathetic, user-centric solutions that enable our users to accomplish their work most effectively and efficiently.\nUse data to design solutions that best meet the needs of the business.\nMake good technical decisions that provide creative solutions to solve business challenges.\nHone skills to understand the business rules and business processes behind the requirements to develop solutions that meet and exceed our business goals and priorities\nBuild relationships with other departments to better understand and empathize with the needs of the business and the challenges that they face.\nCollaborate with other IT teams (Server Admins, Data Engineering and other Development teams) to configure and develop custom applications.\nModel Midco's mission, vision, values, ethos, and Leadership Success Drivers, and inspire others to do the same.\nEnsure customer privacy by adhering to Midco's privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures.\nMaintain reliable and predictable attendance as required by the position.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nNote: Management reserves the right to assign or reassign functions and responsibilities to this job description at any time.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or information Technology or closely related degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent.
