And we have fun doing it.\n\nWho You Are\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation manager to join our team. you’ll be working directly with our biggest and most complex clients alongside a Success Manager. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and tailor the implementation to their specific requirements. You’ll continually refine Ontic best practices based on your internal and external experience. Ideally, you are a detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems using software.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead client onboarding and implementation processes, including conducting needs assessments, creating project plans, and ensuring successful product adoption\nConduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded\nProvide ongoing client support and training to ensure continued product adoption and satisfaction\nMonitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the client experience\nPartner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and best practices\nUnderstand and work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling complex information\nEnsure client data and information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure\nStay current on industry trends and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience\nPreferred Qualification\nBachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications\nAt least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, preferably in a client-facing role\nStrong project management and communication skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience with software implementation methodologies and tools\nExperience with system integrations, particularly in balancing various systems and ensuring smooth, seamless connections.\nProficient in discussing and working with APIs, understanding how they function and integrate with different platforms.\nStrong understanding of cloud-based software and infrastructure\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms\nFamiliarity with tools like Google Sheets, SFDC, Domo, Pendo, JIRA\n$100,000 - $120,000 a year\nOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bonus plan, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Ontic.
