We are a small, high-tech business seeking a dependable, experienced assembler to join our team. *This is an immediate opening, and hiring decisions will be made quickly.*\n\n*Schedule & Breaks:*\n\n· *Hours:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.\n\n· *Flexibility:* We offer flexible hours to help accommodate family schedules and events.\n\n· *Breaks:* Your daily shift includes a 30-minute lunch break and two paid breaks.\n\n*Compensation & Benefits:*\n\n· *Health Insurance:* QSEHRA reimbursement up to $6,450/year ($537.50/month).\n\n· *Retirement:* Simple IRA with a 100% company match up to 3% of your salary.\n\n· *Paid Time Off:* Two weeks of paid vacation.\n\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n\n· Solder through-hole and surface-mount electronic components onto PCBs.\n\n· Perform light mechanical and cable assembly, working accurately from drawings, blueprints, and procedures.\n\n· Assemble and inspect small parts and sensors using a microscope.\n\n*Qualifications & Hiring Process:*\n\n· *Experience:* 2+ years of electronic or sensor assembly experience with excellent fine motor skills.\n\n· *Skills Test:* Candidates must complete a hands-on demonstration of soldering and small sensor fabrication skills during the interview process.\n\n· *Onboarding Requirements:* Final employment offers are contingent upon providing *2 professional references*, clearing a *background check*, and passing *E-Verify*.
