This role focuses on executing short- to mid-range planning, aligning capacity, managing drum fleet availability, and prioritizing SKUs to maintain high service levels while optimizing working capital and operational efficiency. This position partners closely with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Business Unit, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between demand, production capabilities, regulatory requirements, and supply continuity, supporting the achievement of FisherPak revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute supply plans to support revenue targets and customer commitmentsPartner with Business Unit and Commercial teams to prioritize high-value SKUs and key customersCommunicate supply risks and potential service impacts proactivelySupport trade-off decisions during supply constraintsContribute to forecast accuracy improvements to minimize stock-outs and missed shipmentsTranslate demand forecasts into production, filling, and procurement plansCoordinate capacity utilization across sites based on demand and operational prioritiesSupport scenario planning to mitigate risks related to materials, testing, storage, and drum availabilityServe as a primary point of contact for planning activities across cross-functional teamsAlign production schedules with customer delivery commitmentsCoordinate with Operations on batch sequencing and throughput optimizationPartner with Quality to incorporate testing and release timelines into plansWork with Procurement to monitor material availability and escalate supply risksSupport SIOP processes through data preparation and coordinationMonitor and help resolve constraints including drum availability, cleaning cycles, lab capacity, and storage limitationsMaintain visibility into order status, shipment timelines, and product readinessSupport execution of outsourcing or OEM decisions as neededTrack key performance indicators, including service levels, plan adherence, and backorder statusSupport root cause analysis for service disruptions and planning gapsContribute to improvements in planning processes, tools, and reportingPromote strong execution discipline and cross-functional collaborationRequirements Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or related field Additional relevant certifications in supply chain, logistics, or quality management a plus Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools (Kinaxis, O9, Logility) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PPI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making Ability to work in a matrix organization Experience with inventory management and material planning Strong customer service orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience implementing change management initiatives and process improvementsCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $83,300.00$115,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
