Not because you have all the answers, but because you ask the right questions, escalate what matters, and keep your team focused on what will actually move the needle. At Synopsys, you will work with some of the most complex IP in the industry, and the programs you run will directly enable customer tape outs that matter.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon support\nOwn statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts\nCoordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales\nIdentify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans\nReport program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in a way that drives action\n\nThe Impact You Will Have\n\nAccelerate customer product launches by keeping IP delivery on schedule and reducing integration friction\nReduce delivery risk across high-stakes programs where timing, quality, and customer trust are non-negotiable\nStrengthen Synopsys' reputation as a reliable IP partner by consistently delivering what was promised\nDrive broader adoption of Synopsys IP by ensuring customers have a smooth experience\nShape program management standards across the IP organization\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nBSEE or equivalent, with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
