Responsibilities include PLC and HMI programming, control system design and configuration, system testing and troubleshooting, and field commissioning.\nThis position works closely with internal teams and clients to deliver systems that meet project requirements, perform reliably, and are ready for long-term operation in the field.\nDuring the first year, engineers are expected to be in the office five days a week to support onboarding, collaboration, and hands-on learning with the engineering and manufacturing teams.\nQualifications 5+ years of experience in control systems, electrical engineering, or a related field\nBSEE or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or related discipline\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plus\nExperience with PLC and HMI programming; SCADA experience is a plus\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in industrial automation systems\nWorking knowledge of industry standards including UL 508A, UL 698A, SCCR, and Arc Flash considerations\nAbility to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients across multiple projects\nExperience supporting panel fabrication and working with manufacturing teams\nWillingness to travel 30–50% for FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities\nRecurring Responsibilities Develop electrical schematics and control system designs\nPrepare engineering documentation including submittals, O&M manuals, and technical documentation\nSupport hardware selection, procurement coordination, and vendor interaction\nPerform in-house system testing and quality control\nManage multiple assignments and priorities across project timelines\nUtilize design tools such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks, and Bluebeam\nUse Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook and Teams\nParticipate in ongoing training and development on automation platforms and technologies\nSalary and Benefits Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000 (Entry-Senior Level).
