We are hiring for a Material Handler Heavy Lifting in Everett, WA. This Material Handler Heavy Lifting Role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse and records management environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMove, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes.Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately.Read labels and locate materials using a proprietary tracking system.Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and orders.Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance.Load and unload pallets, carts, and trucks.Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare shipments.Climb ladders and safely retrieve stored materials.Work on concrete and uneven surfaces while maintaining safety standards.Physical RequirementsThis is a highly physical position. Candidates must be able to:Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, crawl, and twist for extended periods.Repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry boxes weighing from 10-100+ pounds.Work independently while handling heavy materials.Move boxes up and down inclines, stairs, and varying walking surfaces.Maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment throughout the shift.Work Schedule5 days per week9-hour shifts including:30-minute lunch breakTwo paid 15-minute breaksRequirementsAbility to read and write English.Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs. regularly without assistance.Previous warehouse, labor, moving, or material handling experience preferred but not required.Ability to use computers and handheld scanning devices.Strong attention to safety and detail.Protective Footwear RequirementAll employees must wear protective footwear that meets:ASTM F2413-11 Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective (Safety) Toe Cap FootwearFootwear must also have a slip-resistant rating designated as \"Better\" or \"Best.\"Why Apply?$19.00/hour starting payOpportunity for long-term employmentHigher pay upon permanent hireFull union benefitsPension plan eligibility upon hireStable schedule with consistent hoursActive, team-oriented work environmentCompany DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
