The customers we serve are in a variety of industries and rely on the Hartwig team to provide the best manufacturing solutions and support the machine tool industry. Position will be open for 45 days from original posting. Ideal candidate will live in the Denver, CO area.\nThe main responsibilities include:\nEvaluating manufacturing processes and recommending industry-leading solutions\nDeveloping and testing alternative processing methods\nPerforming time studies for process improvement recommendations\nOverseeing machine installations\nConducting research and assisting in presenting proposals to customers\nPerforming on-site programming and machine operation training for customers\nFacilitating customer demonstrations by setting up and programming machine tools\nRequired Skills\nIndividuals who ideally fit this role should meet the following qualifications:\nTwo-year degree in manufacturing engineering - preferred\nExperience in machining process development, project management and CNC programming preferred\nOkuma machine programming experience - preferred\nAbility to demonstrate knowledge and application of machine tool products, options and functions\nStrong mechanical and technical aptitude\nExcellent interpersonal skills, such as collaboration, listening, respect and work ethic, which lead to lasting and trusting relationships with team members and customers\nAbility to work collaboratively with sales team to provide customer solutions\nThe Organization, The Team and Our Benefits\nHartwig's team of over 200 professionals throughout the U.S. is dedicated to helping manufacturers control and power the growth of their business.
