Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nThe Pre-Commissioning Area Engineer is responsible for coordinating, work connected with the testing and/or commissioning of electrical distribution and transmission substations for utility clients.
