Job Description Inside Sales Representative I – Sales Support / Administrative Support Location: Woodridge, ILPay Rate:$18.00/hr Target Pay RatePosition Summary The Inside Sales Representative I supports the Field Sales team by providing administrative and customer support, processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating logistics activities, and assisting with customer issue resolution. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Prepare customer quotes, reports, and order guidesProcess stock and non-stock customer ordersCoordinate customer rollouts, openings, and installation activitiesHandle returns, credits, and order follow-up activitiesMaintain databases and sales support systemsCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and sales representativesProvide administrative support to Sales ManagementUtilize SAP, Excel, Salesi, Info Builder, and other internal systemsSupport daily sales operations and customer service activitiesQualifications 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experienceStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferredSAP experience preferredFood service industry experience is a plusAssociate degree preferredPreferred Qualifications Associate degreeExperience within the food service industry in a sales or corporate office environmentIntermediate SAP experience preferredAbout Trova Advisory GroupTrova Advisory Group specializes in delivering a comprehensive array of staffing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across multiple sectors.
