Willing to pay up to $40/hour for extremely knowledgeable and well-qualified candidates with extensive experience on flexible packaging converting equipment._\n\n*Specific Duties:*\n\n* Set up and operate flexible packaging Converting Department machines such as Totani Poucher, Karlville Poucher, Sun Centre Poucher, Deacro Slitter, RotoFlex Slitter, DCM Slitter, Stanford Rewinder, Hudson-Sharp Inno-Lok (wide and narrow formats), Sun Centre Fitment Inserter, and Nordmeccanica/Simplex Laminator.\n* Continuously monitor machine to ensure it is running efficiently, effectively, and finished product meets all quality standards.\n* Assist with preventative maintenance, as needed.\n* Understand all applicable operational documentation and machine interfaces.\n* Know where all safety stops and E-stops are located.\n* Maintain an orderly and organized work area at all times.\n* Collaborate effectively with all team members, to include Quality Control, Catchers, Material Handlers, and other Machine Operators.\n* Ensure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed at all times.
