This role will manage CBRN Defense programmatic activities, develop policy recommendations, and ensure DAF equities are represented across Jointand NATO modernization and acquisition efforts. This position is hybrid with an approximate 50% split between onsite at the Pentagon and remote work.\n\nRoles/Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain CBRN Defense policies, governance documents, and action plans.\nProvide briefings, reports, and meeting materials to leadership and stakeholders.\nAdvocate for DAF capability needs in CBRN Defense Science & Technology initiatives.\nSupport CBRN modernization efforts by attending and contributing to Joint Integrated Concept Team meetings.\nProvide expert analysis and recommendations on CBRN Defense modernization and acquisition programs.\nOversee Air Force interests throughout the DoD acquisition lifecycle for Joint CBRN Defense Programs.\nMaintain a web-based collaboration tool to improve CBRN acquisition awareness.\nOrganize and support Senior Executive-level working groups for OSD CBRN efforts.\nEnsure Air Force equities are integrated into Joint, DoD, and NATO planning and programming documents.\nCoordinate across DAF enterprise to align research, development, and acquisition priorities.\nRequired Skills and Education:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n12+ years of experience (GS-13/14 equivalent) in Emergency Services and CBRN Defense operations.\nExpertise in corporate policies, CBRN defense programs, and Global Force Management strategies.\nLocal to the National Capital Region\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive TS\nWhen you work for JRAD you will never be just a number.
