Algorithm Developer

Role MandateThe main function of an algorithm developer is to design and implement compute vision and machine learning algorithms for our wearable product. The typical developer will be able to test the effectiveness of routines against requirements. The focus of this role will be on device model and algorithm development.Role Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)" Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques of algorithms" Designs, implements, and tests algorithms for a variety of signal processing and conditioning tasks" Develop distribution Client training and evaluation pipeline w/ clusters" Design efficient compute vision and machine learning algorithms for classification, detection and image enhancement." Synthesize algorithm needs and designs for customer requirements." Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found with software" Improve software performanceCandidate Value PropositionThe ideal candidate will gain experience and opportunity working with problems that include large language models. The individual will be working with experts on state of the art AR and computer systems, there is potential for publication, and be exposed to features involved in the latest smart glasses products.Performance MeasurementPerformance is measured on quality of deliverables.Must-Have Skills" Strong Linux experience" Python, PyTorch, and video pressing is required" Development and deployment of machine learning training platforms experience" Familiarity with shell script" Experience with algorithm development" Experience with object-oriented programming in C# and C++ or other languages" Experience with machine learning toolkits and platformsNice-to-Have Skills" Experience in UI design and development for big data visualization" Former Meta experienceSoft Skills" Ability to manage projects autonomouslyEducational Requirements" Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field preferred" Masters or Ph DSkills Assessment" 1st Round with CWAM half coding, half technical, 1 hour" 2nd Round with team member half coding (Client), half technical, 1 hour
