This role is responsible for successful project execution from assessment through production cutover while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project schedules, security standards, and client expectations. You are responsible for overall project delivery, planning, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, customer communications, and coordination with the Agency / Prime Contractor. The Project Manager ensures all technical workstreams are integrated, milestones are achieved, deliverables meet quality standards, and the migration is successfully completed by the required production cutover date.\n\nWhat you'll do\nLead overall execution from project initiation through final transition.\nComplete the draft WBS to determine project tasks, resources, dependencies, risks, duration, and effort\nDevelop the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) to determine project critical path and dependencies.\nUse Kanban board and daily standups to manage team activities, risks, and impediments.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.\nServe as the primary management interface with Agency / Prime Contractor leadership.\nCoordinate technical activities with all personnel.\nFacilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, technical reviews, and executive briefings.\nPrepare and deliver weekly and monthly project status reports.\nMaintain the project Risk, Issue, Action Item, and Decision (RAID) log/playbook.\nManage project risks and mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate deliverables and ensure timely submission.\nSupport change management activities and evaluate impacts to scope, schedule, and cost.\nMonitor project performance\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and security policies.\nCoordinate knowledge transfer and project closeout activities\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMinimum ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience.\nMinimum five (5) years managing Federal Government IT projects.\nDemonstrated experience leading large Oracle enterprise application implementations or migrations.\nExperience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.\nExperience using PMI project management methodologies\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies\nExperience with on premises to cloud migrations\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing Oracle EBS migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.\nExperience supporting Oracle Government Cloud environments.\nExperience managing FedRAMP Moderate cloud migration projects.\nExperience supporting Oracle EBS Release 12.2.x.\n\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
