This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern, client-facing web applications while still contributing across the full stack.You’ll be working on a development team responsible for creating intuitive front-end portals and robust backend APIs that integrate with enterprise financial systems. This team operates in close alignment with a group supporting Goldman Sachs, offering exposure to high-visibility, large-scale applications within the financial services space.While this is a full stack role, the primary emphasis is on Angular development (v14+), with opportunities to expand backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular (v14+)Build and enhance client-facing portals with a strong focus on usability and performanceDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring BootIntegrate front-end applications with backend services and enterprise systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and backend developersParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cyclesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stackContribute to architectural discussions and best practices across front-end and backendQualifications3+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with Angular (v14 or higher; v16 preferred)Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, TypeScript)Experience building and consuming RESTful APIsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid Agile development environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented settingPreferred ExperienceExperience with Java and Spring Boot for backend developmentExposure to enterprise-level systems or financial services environmentsExperience building scalable, client-facing applicationsWillingness to grow into a more full stack role if coming from a front-end backgroundNext StepsNo C2C, relocation, referral, or sponsorship candidates for this role.
