Responsibilities:• Monitor requisitions within an applicant tracking system and screen applicants• Utilize dashboards and resume searches to assist with sourcing and interviewing• Create candidate profiles for hiring needs across different markets• Assist with recruitment in challenging markets nationwide• Recommend recruitment improvements based on data analysis• Collaborate with management to enhance talent acquisition success• Support applicant tracking system compliance and operations• Perform related duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Associate degree or two years of progressively responsible related experience; equivalent experience may be considered• Strong organizational, problem-solving, writing, planning, and project management skills• Clear, concise, and persuasive communication abilities• Proven experience designing and implementing recruiting strategies• Strong customer service skills• Ability to work effectively as part of a team• Self-directed with ability to meet multiple deadlines5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.6.
