(CM&D) is currently seeking a talented individual with demonstrated experience in full-cycle, complex vertical construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager provides full time support of the project management team and requires frequent, high-level interaction with our Clients out. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Client/Owner is satisfied.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nAssists in managing the day-to-day project activities.\nTakes, maintains, and distributes all project meeting minutes.\nAssists with the preparation, managing, monitoring, and maintaining of comprehensive budgets, schedules, and cash flow projections.\nEstablishes and implements a quality assurance and quality control program.\nLeads project meetings, liaises with the Owners, and assists with presentations to the Owners executive management team.\nCoordinates through his/her team, the preparation of RFP/bid packages and managing the bid process.\nAssists with the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of the architects, engineers and other sub-consultants and the contractors.\nAssists with managing the design effort to ensure the project is being designed to meet the owner’s objectives and budget.\nDuring the design management process, assists with the preparation of Design Review reports and performs value engineering analysis, peer reviews, and constructability reviews.\nAssists in managing the work of the architects, engineers, other sub-consultants and the contractors.\nParticipates in the review/update of project schedules/budgets (budgeted, actual, committed, and projected).\nCoordinates the processing of clarifications, submittals, and requests for information, shop drawings, substitution requests, change proposals and change orders.\nReviews and approves monthly payment requests by consultants and contractors.\nAssists in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project.\nQualifications:\nRequired\n5-10 years of project management experience in full-cycle, complex vertical construction projects.\nCompleted Bachelor’s Degree.\nMust have excellent communication skills both oral and written;\nMust have excellent writing and typing skills; be computer literate and capable of using multiple applications including but not limited to MS Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft Project; Cloud-based Filesharing (Eg.
