Achieva provides personalized services and opportunities that respect each person's unique aspirations.Position SummaryThe CSL Manager is responsible for the overall operation, compliance, and quality of assigned residential homes in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations and organizational policies. This role ensures the health, safety, and well-being of people supported while providing effective leadership and supervision to Program Specialists. The CSL Manager oversees service delivery, growth, and regulatory readiness to promote high-quality, trauma-informed care.ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations align with PA Department of Human Services (DHS) and Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations; maintain readiness for licensing and audits.Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement plans to support professional growth.Operational Growth: Manage referrals, oversee program growth, and lead the successful opening of new residential homes.Service Oversight: Supervise the implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), Behavior Plans, and Communication Plans to ensure individualized care.Quality Assurance: Monitor accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, medication records, HRSTs, and assessments.Health & Safety: Monitor the health and behavioral needs of people supported and ensure strict adherence to medication administration and health protocols.Collaboration: Act as a liaison between families, support coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members to advocate for dignity and independence.Emergency Response: Respond to on-call needs, emergencies, and crisis situations, and conduct thorough investigations as required.Perform additional duties as assigned.
