Come join our dynamic team!\n\nWhat You Will Learn\nThe processing supervisor should serve as the expert in processing systems and procedures and leads a team of processors in the efficient and timely execution of the bulk manufacture process.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupervises bulk compounding within the Processing department, resolves issues in a timely manner, ensures adherence to batching procedures, safety procedures and all GMP standards.\n\nResponsible for training Processors on procedures, production, equipment use and chemical safety affecting the department and facility.\n\nResponsible for reviewing and holding processors accountable for performance. In addition to recognizing superior performance, must also work with Processors to improve upon performance weaknesses.\n\nUnderstands L'Oreal manufacturing requirements and champions independent Safety, Quality, 5S and Performance culture on the shop floor.\n\nWork extremely close with the Short-term Planners, Packaging floor, Pre-Weighing teams to ensure the right batch is weighed and made at the right time.\n\nTracks attendance and acts as first line of management for Processors with regard to vacation requests and other absences.
